RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. General Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery date.

  • Product must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.

  • Exceptions: swimwear, underwear, and final-sale clearance items cannot be returned.

2. Return Request

  • Email [email protected] with:

    • Order number and date.

    • Reason for return and image proof.

  • Our team will respond within 24 hours with an RA number and return instructions.

3. Shipping Your Return

  • Pack the item securely and ship to the address provided, using a trackable carrier.

  • Costs for return shipping are at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.

  • Please allow your bank 5–10 additional business days to post the credit.

5. Late or Non-Receipt of Refund

  1. Confirm with your bank or credit card issuer.

  2. If the refund is still missing after 15 business days, contact us at [email protected].

6. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We currently do not process direct exchanges.

  • You may opt for store credit by requesting it in your return email; store credit does not expire.

7. Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected] within 1 hour of order placement.

  • Orders canceled after processing begins incur a 10% restocking fee.

8. Prohibited Return Reasons

  • Customer error in sizing or color choice.

  • Found the product cheaper elsewhere.

  • Personal preference changes after wearing/testing.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Report defects or incorrect shipments within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
